Meet the principals.

Prior to co-founding Bayspring, Bryce was a member of the acquisitions and development team at Presidio Bay Ventures, where he helped lead nearly $1.0 billion of office, life science, mixed-use, and multifamily investments across the San Francisco Bay Area. Bryce focuses on entitlements, design, pre-construction, construction coordination, and project management, and has participated in underwriting, financing, closing, and leasing.

Prior to co-founding Bayspring, Tim served as Senior Vice President at Northern California at Lincoln Property Company, where he led acquisitions and asset management across the region. During his tenure, he completed the acquisition of nearly 50 buildings totaling approximately 2.4 million square feet across residential and commercial representing $1.8 billion in transaction volume.

Prior to co-founding Bayspring Residential, Andrew served as Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow Company; his prior employment also includes Equity Residential and Morley Construction Company. He has led the delivery of over 2,700 multifamily units and secured entitlements for an additional 3,500. With more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial development, his commercial work includes over 3 million SF of entitled and executed projects. Andrew holds both a professional engineering license and a general contractor's license.
