Prior to co-founding Bayspring, Bryce was a member of the Acquisitions & Development team at Presidio Bay Ventures. In that role, he was the team lead on nearly $1.0 billion of office, life-science, mixed-use, and multifamily developments in the San Francisco Bay Area. Bryce was focused on entitlements, design, pre-construction / construction, and project management. Bryce also participated in underwriting, financing, closing, and leasing / sales.

Prior to co-founding Bayspring, Tim served as Senior Vice President of Northern California at Lincoln Property Company. In that role, he helped lead acquisitions and asset management for the region. During his tenure at LPC, he led the acquisition of nearly 50 buildings across 24 separate transactions totaling $1.8 billion of purchase price. The properties consisted of life science, GMP / biomanufacturing, R&D, industrial and office buildings.

Matt has facilitated over 2.6 million square feet of ground-up development projects and over $2 billion in construction-related activities. He has entitled 1.5+ million square feet of commercial assets and repositioned over 3 million square feet of existing assets. Matt initiated the firm’s public land pursuits, which resulted in 600+ acres, with the ability to develop more than $5 billion in value since inception.
